Ordering and Catering:

• How to place an order online?

  Grocery Store Locations: As we partner with grocery stores, we do not have online ordering specifically for Bento products in our supermarket locations. Some of our supermarket partners have their own online ordering programs and/or partner with third party ordering and delivery companies. Please contact your local supermarket for more details on what they offer. Retail Restaurant Locations: We partner with third party apps at select restaurants. Please visit our locations page and filter to retail locations to see what programs are offered at your favorite location.

• How to order a catering platter?

  We do not have a centralized ordering system for catering platters. Orders should be placed in-store at the location where you want to pick up the platter. Please note that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.

Nutritional and Allergen Information:

• Where to find nutritional information for products?

  Nutritional information for our products can be found on the product packaging. The relevant nutritional information is listed on the label of all our products. For more information on each brands nutritional information, please view our Brands page.

• Where to find allergen information for products?

  All Government approved allergens are listed on the label of the product packaging. The relevant allergens are provided as well as the ingredients are listed for any other allergies a consumer may have.

• Do the products come in Gluten-free options?

  We offer items that do not contain Wheat nor Gluten provided that the accompanying soy sauce packet is not consumed as our soy sauce packets contain Wheat. Also note that our products are not certified as gluten-free, please ensure you are reviewing the products label before purchase.

• Are products Halal certified?

  Our products are not certified as Halal. If you have inquiries regarding specific ingredients and/or products, please contact us.

• Are products Kosher certified?

  Our Bento, Bento Express, and Bento at Home lines are not Kosher certified. However, a select variety of Kosher certified products can be found at the Sobeys Clark Kosher kiosk located at: 441 Clark Ave West, Thornhill, Ontario, L4J 6W7, CA.

• Are there any alcohol or by-products of alcohol in products?

  The sushi vinegar used in our rice-based sushi products contains Alcohol. The sushi vinegar that we use in our sushi rice is obtained from the acetous fermentation of dilute distilled ethyl alcohol from corn, wherein it has 0.5% v/v Residual Alcohol. In the Nutrition Data Sheet, 100g of vinegar has 0.009 g of Alcohol.
